Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed to our events due to special effects and insurance liability. Thanks for understanding

Adults 21 and over are permitted into the event.

Chairs are permitted but no blankets.

Coolers & Picnic Baskets are not allowed in the venue.

Emergencies – Events are located in public parks, streets etc., if you need immediate assistance we recommend that any emergency that requires the calling for emergency services should be made directly to 911. Providing our staff at the front gate with notice of any calls to 911 will allow us to assist in providing support.

Event Information – Event information varies per Chillounge Night event. Please visit our web page, at www.chilloungenight.com, click on the event you are interested in and view information specific to your event.
Guest Services – Representatives will be available at the Concierge Booth (located near the entrance) if you need assistance or have concerns during your visit.

ID REQUIRED for all patrons who wish to purchase alcoholic beverages – This is a State law.

Items PROHIBITED to be brought into the event – Alcoholic beverages, coolers, picnic baskets, fireworks, illegal drugs, laser pens and pointers, noisemaking devices, outside food and beverage (except one bottle of water, up to 16 oz. in a plastic factory-sealed container), any other items deemed inappropriate by the venue management.

Lost and Found –Generally items found during an event will be turned into the Guest Services Booth. After an event, guests may call (941) 448-0995 to inquire about a lost item. After 30 days, all unclaimed lost and found items will be given to charity.

Refunds/Exchanges – There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. All events are deemed non-refundable unless postponed or canceled before 8:00 pm on the date of the event. However, if an event is postponed and rescheduled due to an expectation of extreme weather, the original tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event.

Restrooms are located within the event site.

Smoking is a personal choice, however we ask that you consider other guests within your proximity.

Ticketing – We encourage all guests to purchase tickets through etix, the only authorized seller of Chillounge Night event tickets to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets. Photocopies of Chillounge Night tickets cannot be scanned at the entrance to the event.

Will Call – Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to order the tickets and your order number should your tickets be processed for pick up at the event Will Call.

The event site closes immediately after an event concludes and guests must exit at that time.

“No weapons are allowed in the event area. This includes firearms, knives, or other device deemed a weapon by security.”
For the safety of our guests, we have private security and police monitoring and patrolling the site.
